Its easy.. will take like 20 mins of your time. I use a mity-vac hand held vacuum pump and swap the hose on it so that it produces pressure instead of a vacuum on the tube. Use some hose with a 'T' fitting.. one to an accurate aftermarket gauge, and the other two to each wastegate actuator. If for example you have a target base boost of 15psi. I would set them at like 16-17psi (because the exhaust gases/heat/pressure will be pushing against flapper door, trying to push them open). When you set them.. You just want to see the wastgate arm start to move at your target boost pressure. They will not be fully open at your target pressure! if you wanted 15psi base boost.. you would set to 16-17psi.. When you get to 16-17psi.. you will just barely see the flapper door ARM just start to move. And no problem man.. Glad to help out.. Been in the "need help" boat many times :)
